The Joaquín Leguina Madrid Regional Library will host the monographic exhibition “Ten Years of Madrid Gothic Week” (now Sui Generis Madrid), a visual tour through the history of our alternative culture festival through fashion designs, photographs, illustrations and promotional graphic pieces, with which we will remember some of the many moments shared with our audience and that we carry in our minds, retinas and hearts.
From advertising graphic design, the brand image and its evolution, to the fashion collections and plastic works of the artists who have participated in the SGM calls and exhibitions, through the gaze of the photographers who have joined us all these years , portraying the writers, musicians, actors, models, dancers, experts, designers, filmmakers and visual and digital artists who have been part of our cultural festival, as well as the team and the public that made it possible.
The exhibition of SGM Art will open on Tuesday, October 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Joaquín Leguina Madrid Regional Library and will remain open to the public until Friday, November 2.
In addition, on the occasion of the bicentennial of the novel by Mary Shelley, Sui Generis Madrid invites you to visit the exhibition of art and literature «Frankenstein Resuturado”.
